Solace Compression Wrap

I tried the leg compression socks for like two months because that's the only thing anyone ever recommends. They did basically nothing I'd still stand up from my desk and feel my heart start racing and the room tilt a little. Turns out the socks were compressing the wrong spot the whole time. This wrap sits around your stomach instead of your legs, and that's apparently where most of the blood pooling actually happens when you stand up.
